Giveaway Rules, Terms, and Conditions

1.Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

  • Employees of Kershaw Card Company and immediate family members are not eligible to win.

2. How to Enter

  • Purchase Method:
    For every free pack earned in a single order, customers earn 1 entry to the current month's giveaway.

    • Multiple entries are allowed. Example: $75 order = 2 Free Packs = 2 Giveaway Entries.

    • Entries are tracked via the email address provided at checkout.

  • No Purchase Necessary Method:
    To enter without making a purchase, submit your entry via the official form available here.
    Limit: 1 no-purchase entry per person, per giveaway month.

3. Bonus Entries

  • Customers who create an account or subscribe to the Kershaw Card Company email newsletter may receive bonus entries as part of special promotions.

  • Bonus entry offers will be announced on the website or via email.

4. Prize Details

  • Each month, one winner will receive a Graded Pokémon Card (slab) selected by Kershaw Card Company.

  • The specific slab will be displayed on the giveaway page for each month.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries at the end of each calendar month.

  • Winners will be notified via the email address provided.

  • Winners must respond within 5 business days to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in a new winner being selected.

6. Odds of Winning

  • Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received via both purchase and no-purchase methods.

7. General Conditions

  • Kershaw Card Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason.

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the Kershaw Card Company Terms & Conditions.

  • Entrants agree to allow Kershaw Card Company to use their first name and city/state for winner announcements.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Kershaw Card Company is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or other factors outside its control.

  • Kershaw Card Company makes no warranties regarding the prize beyond standard grading service authentication.
